How to enroll?
It’s super easy! If you are not a registered user of the platform, you can register and choose your payment option.
Click on the sign up button in the right upper corner and you will see a form asking you to enter the required information: your name,
email and password. Don’t forget to check I’m not a robot box. In the next step you can choose your subscription plan.
Once you make your payment and it is registered in our system you are subscribed to the course.
As long as you don’t cancel your subscription you will have access to the course and all functionalities on the web site.
How do I log in?
You need to log in using the user data you used to register on the platform. If you registered via your e-mail address and password, you should enter them in the login box.
I cannot remember my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on "I forgot my password" here.
Can I change my name in my profile?
You can correct or change your name and other information in Profile Settings at any time.
When logging onto the platform,
click on the drop-down menu and then the Settings link under the Profile subheading.
Doesn’t work... Page is not functioning... and similar problems
If you have problems with some functionality or with a page, first make sure to check your internet connection and
try to refresh the page. If that does not help, get in touch with our tech support.

What if I cannot play a video or the video is not working properly?
Try to check your speakers/headphones and your internet connection. You should also try to change your internet browser (maybe the plug-ins don’t work),
updating the system/drivers or try changing the quality of the video (see the question below).
How can I increase or decrease the quality of the video?
In the bottom right corner of the video player, you will see a gear wheel (settings).
Click on it and you will see video quality settings. If you have a slow internet connection, set it to a lower resolution
so that you can watch the video, and if you have a fast internet connection,
set it to the highest resolution. We hope that this advice is helpful and that you will be able to watch as many video clips as possible!

How can I change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription plan any time. Just go to your profile > settings > subscription, or click
here. There you can cancel your current plan and choose a new one.
What are the similarities between online learning and face-to-face learning?
Our goal is to make online learning as similar as possible to face-to-face learning,
to make it accessible to as many people as possible and to offer flexibility in terms of time.
This is why we put an emphasis on interaction, both with mentors and other users through an integrated space for discussion,
questions and answers. At the same time, the course consists of a constant tests and quizzes, as well as assignments for which you receive detailed feedback.
When does a course start?
A course starts from the day you subscribe.
Can I decide when I want to attend the course or do I need to adhere to your schedule? Is this some sort of online lecture, and is it necessary to be online during the lecture?
The course is held online, in our e-classroom, and you can access it from your own (arm)chair at any time (preferably with a drink in your hand.
We have tea in mind but it’s your choice!). You follow the course material at your own pace.
Throughout the course, you have the support of the course mentor, as well as the entire Astrosymbolica’s community, for all questions and concerns you have.
Is it possible to see an example of a lesson in advance?
It is not possible to unlock the course before buying it; therefore it is not technically possible to enable the preview of a lesson of the specific course.

What does the course consist of?
The course consists of text as well as quizzes, interactive assignments, assignments and tests with the latest information,
practical examples and tips that you can access whenever you want to. Courses also have a glossary, additional resources and notes.
In addition, you can ask a question about the course material at any time and it will be answered by a mentor or the Astrosymbolica community.
How can I see the grade and feedback of the assignment?
You can view the grade and feedback on the assignment page. Also, you can see all the grades you received in the course in the "Activities" section of the given course.
How long does it take to get my task or assignment reviewed?
Once you have submitted your assignment it takes our mentors 24 hours for a task within the lesson, and 48 hours for a final assignment.
What should I do if my assignment is not graded properly?
If you think that you haven’t been graded properly, you can report this directly from the assignment page using the "Report Error" option,
or from the page of the final assignment "Report irregularity." Links to both options are located under the title header of the assignment.
Can I see the submitted assignments?
You can see all the submitted assignments.
On the page of each individual assignment you will see the link "Submitted Tasks" where you can have a look at the previous versions.
Are there any special requirements regarding my internet connection for course enrollment and attendance?
There are no specific requirements - a standard internet connection is more than enough.
Do we get additional materials in the form of books?
The course does not provide additional materials in the form of books since all the materials are available in electronic form.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, a certificate and proof of enrollment in high-resolution .pdf format are included in the course price.
How can I get the certificate?
When you successfully complete the course in the course review, you will be given the option to download the certificate.
How many hours a day do I have to study?
You can study daily as much as you want to and as much as it suits your needs, because you get a 24h access to the course.
There is a minimum recommended daily studying time for each course and it is on average about 90 to 120 minutes per week,
because we would like to make sure that users who work,
study or have other obligations manage to finish their courses. You can of course study more or less, depending on your circumstances.
